Berlin - The colorful, diverse and dynamic metropolis on the River Spree is home to many furry friends and their owners.

Since 2013 I, Helena, have dedicated my professional and voluntary life to cats as well as my private life. As a qualified behavioral therapist and trainer, I not only have a great deal of knowledge and experience about cats and their needs, but also support people in solving behavioral problems, avoiding them preventively through species-appropriate keeping & occupation and thus helping to achieve a harmonious human-cat relationship.

In 2018, I also got into professional cat sitting and was able to incorporate my specialist knowledge and my consulting experience into the design of my care offer and thus position myself broadly in the Berlin area with two main focuses. My active voluntary experience in domestic and foreign animal welfare also greatly enriches my work for and with cats.

The decision to join Miez & Maunz and bring the concept to Berlin is another logical step towards establishing cat sitting as a professional profession in the public eye and especially among cat owners. My aim is to ensure that even more cats not only receive minimal care in the absence of their caregivers, but are looked after individually according to their needs by trained and therefore qualified people. So that cat owners can be absent with peace of mind, knowing that their cats are in the best hands and having a really good time.
