It's quite simple: not every applicant makes it into our team - quite the opposite. We are particularly selective in the selection process, assess existing knowledge about cats, check the background and motivation for an application, also ask for medical and animal psychology knowledge.  

In the course of this process, an overall picture, a feeling, emerges. This feeling is called trust. Trust in people.
